Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH)
ISDH works to promote, protect, and improve the health and safety of all Hoosiers. ISDH assists the project by: providing data on mortality, emergency department visits, and inpatient hospitalizations; participating in monthly meetings; advising on project methods; serving on the Stakeholder Committee; and, guiding the Research Team in the production and dissemination of deliverables.
Indiana Management Performance Hub (MPH)
MPH provides analytics solutions tailored to address complex management and policy questions enabling improved outcomes for Hoosiers. MPH assists the project by: facilitating data linkages between ISDH, DOC, IOCS, DHS, and other agencies.
Collaborative Partners
Indiana Department of Correction (DOC)
The goal of DOC is to provide effective strategies to ensure the successful re-entry of offenders back into society. DOC assists the project by: coordinating interviews of assistant wardens and other staff; providing documents and data about programs that are offered to people incarcerated in state correctional facilities; serving on the Stakeholder Committee; and, guiding the Research Team in the production and dissemination of deliverables.
Indiana Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
DHS leads Indiana’s emergency planning and operations, first responder training, and fire and building safety. DHS also supports the state Emergency Operations Center. DHS assists the project by: providing access to EMS data; serving on the Stakeholder Committee; and, guiding the Research Team in the production and dissemination of deliverables.
Indiana Office of Court Services (IOCS)
IOCS assists the Supreme Court in its role as the head of Indiana’s judicial system by developing education, programs, and projects for all courts to improve the administration of justice. IOCS assists the project by: fostering relationships between the Research Team and the problem solving courts; providing guidance on accessing data; facilitating interviews, if applicable; serving on the Stakeholder Committee; and, guiding the Research Team in the production and dissemination of deliverables.
Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA)
PLA maintains a record of the prescription drug monitoring program for Indiana. PLA assists the project by: providing access to some Indiana PDMP data; and guiding the Research Team in the production and dissemination of deliverables.
